Oddyzee Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Oddyzee. Because most of our products are custom-made on demand (printed only after an order is placed), please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All products sold on Oddyzee are printed or created specifically for you after you place your order. Due to the custom nature of these items:

  • Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted for the following reasons:

    • Wrong size, color, design, or style chosen

    • Change of mind

    • Dissatisfaction with the look, design, or fit

    • Ordering duplicate or incorrect items
      These items cannot be resold once produced, so we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from how it was listed, we will happily offer a replacement, reprint, or refund.

To request a refund or reprint:

  1. Contact us at oddyzee.store@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

  3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

  • No return shipment is required for most defects, just the photos.

  • After approval, we will issue a replacement or refund (your choice).

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or account used for purchase.

3. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is lost in transit or never arrives:

  • Contact us as soon as possible with tracking details.

  • We will investigate with the carrier and Printify fulfillment partner.

  • If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

5. EU Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the last item of your order, without giving any reason, unless the product was made specifically to your personal specifications (custom-made to order).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at oddyzee.store@outlook.com before the withdrawal period expires. You may also use the self-service return option in your customer account.

Cancellations can be requested until your order has been fulfilled.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the item is 
damaged or defective. Standard outbound shipping costs will be refunded 
if you exercise your right of withdrawal.
